Welcome to QuickCopy AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuickCopy AI's website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickCopy AI, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

2. Description of Service

QuickCopy AI provides:

• AI-powered copywriting tools for emails, social media, blogs, ads, and product descriptions
• Multiple subscription tiers with different usage limits
• Ability to save and manage generated copy
• Access to various writing templates and prompts

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To use QuickCopy AI, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• Do not share your account with others
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Tiers

QuickCopy AI offers the following subscription plans:

• Free: 10 generations/month, 500 words max, 2 basic templates, 10 saved copies
• Basic ($9.99/month): 100 generations/month, 2,000 words max, all templates, 50 saved copies
• Pro ($29.99/month): Unlimited generations, 5,000 words max, all features, unlimited saved copies
• Enterprise ($99.99/month): Everything in Pro + team features, 10,000 words max

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel.

4.4 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the subscription expires
• No refunds are provided for partial months

4.5 Downgrades

• Downgrading to a lower tier takes effect immediately
• Features and limits will be adjusted to the new tier
• Saved copies exceeding the new limit will not be deleted but you cannot save new ones

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

5.1 Generation Limits

Each plan has monthly generation limits. Limits reset on the first day of each calendar month.

5.2 Fair Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Abuse or excessively use the Service in a way that impacts other users
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Share accounts or credentials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate fair use policies.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all prompts you submit
• You retain full ownership of all AI-generated copy you create
• You grant us a limited license to process your prompts solely to provide the Service
• We do not use your content to train AI models or for any other purpose

6.2 Our Content

• QuickCopy AI owns all rights to the Service, including design, features, and trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our Service
• Our templates and interface are protected by copyright

6.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is created using OpenAI's technology. While you own the output, AI-generated content may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use QuickCopy AI to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Generate spam, phishing content, or malware
• Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Generate content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Create misleading or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service
• Scrape or extract data from the Service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination.

Your use of QuickCopy AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited uses
• Your payment fails or account is past due
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

10.3 Effect of Termination

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding fees remain due
• No refunds will be provided for unused time

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access
• Accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content
• Freedom from errors, bugs, or viruses

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKCOPY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use of AI-generated content
• Service interruptions, errors, or downtime
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickCopy AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you generate or submit

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via:

• Email notification
• Prominent notice on the website
• In-app notification

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will attempt to resolve it within 30 days.

15.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

15.3 Governing Law

We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
